Process

What the first 90 days look like.

Week 1 — Comprehensive intake & labs. 80+ marker panel: full hormones (total + free T, SHBG, E2, DHEA, progesterone, LH/FSH, prolactin), thyroid panel with antibodies, metabolic, lipid, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, homocysteine, hs-CRP, hematocrit.
Week 2 — Protocol consultation with Dr. Hare. 60-minute review of your labs, history, and goals. We build your protocol live. You leave with a signed plan.
Weeks 3–4 — Treatment initiation. Pharmacy ships compounded medications directly to you. First injection or pellet placement supervised in-clinic.
Week 8 — Follow-up labs. Hematocrit, E2, total/free T, lipids — adjust dose if needed.
Week 12 — Titration check-in. Most patients are dialed in by 90 days. Quarterly labs from there.

Is TRT covered by insurance?: Standard TRT through commercial insurance often is — but it comes with rigid dosing, brand-name-only restrictions, and no peptide layering. Limitless operates as a cash-pay membership so we can prescribe what is clinically right rather than what is reimbursable.
How is Limitless different from clinics in Chattanooga or Atlanta?: Three things: physician-led (every protocol signed by Dr. Hare, not delegated to a PA-only model), functional-range readings on every lab, and an integrated peptide formulary including BPC-157 (now available again post-Feb 2026 reclassification), Tesamorelin, MOTS-c, and NAD+.
