Cost, insurance and payment in Dalton, GA.

Depending on the treatment, you may pay Limitless for your care and a pharmacy for your medication.

Insurance

A self-pay practice.

Limitless does not bill insurance, for any service. You pay the practice directly for your care.

Where your own insurance may help: a weight-loss medicine filled at your pharmacy. Whether your plan pays toward Zepbound or Wegovy depends on the plan, BMI and diabetes status.

What you pay for

The clinic, the pharmacy and the lab work.

Limitless
Your clinical care with Joshua Hare, DO. How Limitless charges for it depends on the program: weight care is membership-based or per visit, and TRT is a membership.
The pharmacy
For tirzepatide or semaglutide, you pay for the medication through your pharmacy, and whether insurance pays toward it depends on your plan. For TRT, compounded medication comes through a compounding pharmacy, and you pay for it out of pocket. Peptide prescriptions go to the practice's partner pharmacy; ask whether the medication is part of the cycle price.
Lab work
Lab work comes before any prescription, and Limitless orders the tests it needs. Ordering a test and paying for it are separate questions, so ask whether the lab charges are part of your quote.

Weight care

Tirzepatide and semaglutide: pharmacy and clinic.

Limitless prescribes tirzepatide (as Zepbound or Mounjaro) and semaglutide (as Wegovy or Ozempic) when they fit your labs and history. You pay for the medication at your pharmacy, and Limitless charges separately for managing your care.

The medication
Your pharmacy bill depends on your insurance, the drug maker's savings programs and the price at the time. Coverage of these drugs differs by plan, BMI and diabetes status, and it can change month to month. Each savings program sets its own eligibility rules. Limitless goes through this with you: which prescription your pharmacy can actually fill, and what you would be left paying.
The clinic's charge
Clinical management of your weight care is membership-based or per visit. Limitless quotes it during your consultation.
Questions to ask
Is clinical management charged as a membership or per visit, and what is the price? Are lab charges part of that price? What will your insurance or a savings program leave you to pay at the pharmacy? Your insurer or pharmacy can confirm that last one.

The medication pages are tirzepatide (Zepbound) in Dalton and semaglutide (Wegovy) in Dalton, and the whole program is on the medical weight loss page. If you already take a GLP-1 from another provider, read moving your GLP-1 care to Limitless. For the medical side, read the guide to who is a candidate for GLP-1 therapy.

Hormone therapy

Testosterone and hormone therapy: what you pay for.

For TRT, the membership and the medication are separate costs.

TRT: the membership
The TRT membership price covers your physician visits, ordering your labs and designing your protocol. You pay for compounded medication yourself, and it comes from a state-licensed compounding pharmacy (503A or 503B).
TRT: questions to ask
What is the membership price? The membership covers ordering your labs. Is the lab fee for running them part of it too? What does the compounding pharmacy charge for your medication?
Hormone therapy for women
Ask how hormone therapy for women is priced, and whether lab and medication charges are part of that price. Women's hormone therapy in Dalton describes the care itself.

Peptide therapy

Peptide cycles: priced by category and length.

Pricing
Peptide pricing depends on the peptide category and the length of the cycle. Limitless quotes it during your consultation, based on what is appropriate for you. Prescriptions go to the practice's 503A/503B partner pharmacy and are shipped to you. Limitless provides itemized receipts for compounded peptides.
How you can pay
For peptide therapy: HSA/FSA, all major cards, and financing for cycle bundles.
Questions to ask
If a cycle is prescribed, what does it cost, and does that include the medication from the partner pharmacy? Is peptide therapy billed per cycle or as part of a membership? Are baseline labs priced separately? If you are considering a cycle bundle, what are the financing terms?

IV therapy

NAD+ and other IV drips.

The five-infusion NAD+ loading series is $2,800 when bought à la carte, as listed on NAD+ IV therapy near Chattanooga. Limitless also offers amino acid, glutathione and high-dose vitamin C infusions; you find out at your consultation which of them fit you. Ask for the price of each one you are considering. The infusions themselves are described on IV therapy in Dalton.

Paying

Cards, HSA/FSA and financing.

Limitless accepts HSA/FSA and all major cards for peptide therapy, and offers financing for cycle bundles. For weight care, hormone therapy or IV therapy, ask which of these apply.

Your plan administrator can tell you whether a given charge is an eligible HSA or FSA expense. The practice's Terms of Service set out fees and billing and the refund policy.

Getting your quote

How the quote reaches you.

Send a consultation request. It goes to Dr. Hare's inbox, and he answers it himself within one business day to arrange a time. No payment is collected when you send the request.

For weight care and peptide therapy, Limitless gives you the quote during the consultation. Under the practice's terms, the price is disclosed to you before you authorize a charge.

If you already know which service you want priced, start from its page: medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, low testosterone treatment, peptide therapy or IV therapy.

Cost worksheet

A worksheet to fill in with your quote.

Copy the lines below into your notes, keep them for your visit, and fill them in as you get your quote. For each line, mark whether the item is included in the price you were quoted, charged separately, or not yet quoted, and whether you pay it once or on a recurring basis. Then add the amounts up in the total. A line here does not mean Limitless charges for that item on its own; some items may be part of one price.
