Who assesses your request

Dr. Hare, licensed in Georgia and Tennessee.

Your request goes to Joshua Hare, DO. He owns and runs Limitless and reviews every intake himself. If a peptide protocol is written for you, he is the one who writes and signs it.

The clinic is a medical building at 1502 Dug Gap Road. You can check his licenses before you call: Georgia and Tennessee each run a free public license lookup, and our guide to telling a clinic from a lead-generation page walks through that check and seven others.

What you are asking for

A general consultation, or one protocol in mind.

You do not need to know which peptide you want before you ask. Which specific peptides suit you, if any, is decided individually. No peptide is prescribed until Dr. Hare has evaluated you, reviewed your labs and documented a clinical indication. You give blood for those labs at the clinic in Dalton.

Weighing peptide care in general
The page on peptide therapy in Dalton describes the categories the practice works with. The Limitless Peptide Program sets out six pillars.
Recovery from training
If hard training is what brought you here, the page for North Georgia athletes is written for you, and it covers the Tennessee Valley too.
NAD+ by IV
NAD+ IV is given by infusion in Dalton, so each infusion means a visit to the clinic. NAD+ IV therapy near Chattanooga explains the schedule. On the request form it has its own option, “NAD+ IV therapy”.
Not sure yet
If you would rather talk it through before choosing anything, pick “Not sure yet — want to discuss” on the request form.

The federal review of compounded peptides is covered separately, in our read of the PCAC vote from July 2026.

Dalton and Tennessee

What happens in Dalton, and what can happen from Tennessee.

Your initial intake has to happen in person at the Dalton clinic. If NAD+ IV is part of your plan, each infusion is given there too.

After that, many follow-up appointments can take place by telehealth, which here means a scheduled video visit. Telehealth follow-up is open to established patients who are in Tennessee or Georgia at the time of the call. Plan video follow-ups for days you will be in one of those two states.

The list of states can change as licensure and board guidance change, and the current list is available on request. It has changed before: Alabama came off the list in 2026, after that state's medical board restricted the prescribing of peptides without FDA approval.

The current wording is in section 4 of our terms of service.

Before your first visit

Tennessee-side questions for your consultation.

Some practical answers depend on what, if anything, is prescribed for you. Bring these to the consultation:

  • Which of my follow-ups could be video visits taken while I am in Tennessee, and when would I need to drive back to Dalton?
  • Which pharmacy would fill a peptide prescription, and can it ship to my Tennessee address?
  • What would a cycle cost, and does the quote include the medicine itself?
  • Would I pay per cycle, or through a membership?

If you are still comparing clinics, our guide on how to choose a peptide clinic sets out what to ask any of them, this one included.
