The program
A physician-led weight program in Dalton.
Every new weight patient has a 60-minute consultation with Dr. Hare, and lab work comes before any prescription. Blood for those labs is drawn at the clinic in Dalton. Whether a GLP-1 medicine suits you is decided from your labs, history and goals, and if something other than a GLP-1 is the better place to start, he will say so.
Tirzepatide is prescribed here as Zepbound or Mounjaro, and semaglutide as Wegovy or Ozempic, when your labs and history support it. Patients regularly make the trip from Chattanooga for care at Limitless. You see Dr. Hare in person at the Dalton clinic for your first consultation. If you are prescribed tirzepatide or injectable semaglutide, the clinic also trains you to give the weekly injection yourself.
The clinic is 30 minutes from Chattanooga on I-75, near Exit 333, at 1502 Dug Gap Road in Dalton. The building is shared with Interventional Pain Consultants. Parking there is free.
Appointment hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM; Friday, 8 AM–noon.

Follow-up from Tennessee
When a follow-up can be by video from Tennessee.
Telehealth at Limitless means a scheduled video visit, and many follow-up visits can be handled that way once you are an established patient. Under the practice's Terms, you need to be physically in Georgia or Tennessee while the visit happens, so you can take it from Chattanooga or anywhere else in either state.
The Terms no longer list Alabama as a telehealth state, so ask before planning a visit from any other state.
The list of states can change as Dr. Hare's licensure or the state medical boards' guidance changes. The practice will give you its current list if you ask, and its published wording is in section 4 of the Terms.
