Dr. Joshua Hare, DO is a triple board-certified physician — certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Addiction Medicine — and the founder of Limitless Performance Medicine. Dr. Hare grew up in East Tennessee, where the mountains, the work ethic, and the tight-knit communities of the region shaped who he is. He understands the people of this area — their grit, their resilience, and their desire to perform at their best in every aspect of life — because he is one of them. After a distinguished athletic career and a rigorous path through osteopathic medical training, Dr. Hare built his clinical practice at Interventional Pain Consultants in Dalton, Georgia — treating complex pain conditions with precision, compassion, and an unwillingness to accept that patients should simply learn to live with decline. Limitless is the natural extension of that philosophy into the realm of performance and optimization.

Long before he was a physician, Dr. Hare was a competitor. Named Tennessee's Mr. Basketball in 2000 — the highest individual honor in Tennessee high school basketball — he brought that same drive to Samford University, where he played Division I college basketball. The discipline, focus, and understanding of what the human body is capable of that he developed as an elite athlete never left him. It simply evolved into a different arena — one where the performance being optimized is his patients'.
